1. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence
2. Proven track records in HR generalist role with achievements in C&B
3. Good command of English and Vietnamese.
4. Smart, active, willing to learn with analytical skill.
5. Ability to be hands-on while at the same time to look at things at a macro view.
6. Total rewards background is preferable.

1. In charge of payroll, SHUI, PIT and reward management, contract management
2. Lead to maintain HR data, design reports to optimize HR reporting system to meet internal and external teams needs of HR data analysis, and also ensure HR data confidentiality.
3. Be responsible for improving C&B expertise, ensure HR work compliance with related law and regulations, maintain and develop HR reporting system and HR systems.
4. Assist in C&B annual budget, attend select survey, update pay structure & salary scale; develop various C&B program to ensure enough competitiveness in local market together with the HRM
5. Assist to maintain and develop current HR systems, to fully support HR team daily work, and improve HR working efficiency
